• Repairs requested more than 30 days after purchase are subject to a fee.

We offer free shipping on orders over $500. If your order is under $500, standard ground shipping within the United States is $25. We also offer local pick up.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email followed by emails with UPS tracking information.

All fine jewelry and sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns on these items.

For orders with returnable items, we provide a pre-paid return label to make the process easy and secure. Mail your return back within 14 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.

Local to San Diego?

You're welcome to drop off your return in store. Just let us know it's a web return so we can handle it properly.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 3 business days for it to be processed at our office. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
