Shipping & Return Policy

Please Note: 

Due to our stores closure we will be shipping online orders Tuesday and Fridays each week.  Thanks for your understanding.  If you are a local clients we are also happy to do curbside drop offs for your orders and curbside pick ups for your returns.  We will also be doing those Tuesdays and Fridays or by appt. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email followed by emails with UPS tracking information.



We will provide a return label in every box we ship to make the return process easy and secure.  Please be sure to mail your return back within 14 day of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.  Only send returns using our pre-paid return label so we have the ability to track the return.  We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.  All Fine Jewelry is Final Sale.  (Unless defected or damaged.) If you are local to San Diego you can drop off your returns but please specify it’s a web return so we can properly handle the return. 

Receiving a Refund

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for you return to be processed at our office.  Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the original purchase - please allow 5-10 business days for you institution to post the refund to your account.  We’ll send you an email when the return has been processed and the refund has been initiated.
